Goal reports that the Turin outfit are confident that Sandro will put pen to paper on a new deal with the club that will potentially ward off interest from the Premier League champions.
Chelsea chased a deal to sign Sandro throughout the summer but were unable to come to an agreement with Antonio Conte’s former side.
Reports suggested that the Blues wanted to player to force a move to speed up proceeders but that did not materialise.
Juventus were desperate to keep hold of the Brazilian after losing Leonardo Bonucci, once a Chelsea target also, to AC Milan earlier in the window.
Chelsea did strengthen in the wing back areas during the summer by completing a deal for Davide Zappacosta from Torino on deadline day.
