Arsenal star Olivier Giroud scored his third goal of the season in tonight's Europa League game
The French striker finished a slick passing move with a dramatic overhead kick five minutes from time to secure all three points for the Gunners.
But despite his late heroics, Giroud attributed the win to his goalkeeper, who pulled off a string of fine saves to keep his side in the game.
"We owe him maybe the win today because he has been amazing two or three times," said Giroud.
"We know he has this quality and he was a great goalkeeper tonight."
It’s the first time they’ve kept a clean sheet in the Europa League and manager Arsene Wenger also sang the praises of Cech.
