Danny Rose praises Tottenham Hotspur teammate Harry Winks

Winks featured for Tottenham in their Champions League match against Madrid away from home at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The 21-year-old midfielder started the game and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Spurs held Los Blancos to a 1-1 draw.
The performance of the England international was very encouraging, as he showed his quality and demonstrated that he can hold his own against the best teams in Europe.

England international left-back Rose has praised Winks, and has said that the youngster was Tottenham’s best player against Madrid.
“I'm over the moon with the team, in particular. “He was probably our best player.
“It's nothing more than he deserves, he's done extremely well over the last few years. We're all proud of each other, the manager is proud of us.”

Winks is a very talented and promising young midfielder who seems to have progressed a lot while working under manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The youngster is getting his chances at the moment mainly due to injuries to fellow midfielders, but perhaps he could establish himself in the starting lineup as the season progresses.
