Real Madrid star Gareth Bale would snub Man Utd and Chelsea for stunning Tottenham return

Bale was heavily linked with a move away from Real Madrid over the summer, with Manchester United and Chelsea keen on snapping him up.
However, the Wales international ended up staying put at the Bernabeu - where injuries continue to blight his European adventure.
Spanish outlet Don Balon claims Manchester United  and Chelsea both want to sign the 28-year-old, despite missing out on a transfer over the summer.
Jose Mourinho wanted the winger to become his talisman over at Old Trafford, with the club’s famous No7 shirt still vacant.
Chelsea, meanwhile, were interested in signing Bale as a replacement for Eden Hazard, who was being linked with a move to Real Madrid.
But D on Balon  say Bale would prefer to return to Tottenham instead.
Los Blancos and Spurs played out an entertaining 1-1 draw in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Bale missed the game through injury, and was forced to watch as Harry Kane and Cristiano Ronaldo went toe to toe.

The prospect of playing for a while at Wembley also appeals.Additionally, the club are building for a exciting new era with a brand new stadium in the works.
And Bale is tempted by the idea of plying his trade in north London once again.
