I am Struggling at this moment says Romelu Lukaku

Jose Mourinho's side had a fine start to the season, winning six of their opening seven Premier League games.

However, the Red Devils have struggled in recent weeks, with United losing to Huddersfield and Chelsea in the last month.

Manchester City have capitalised on United's woes, with Pep Guardiola's side currently boasting an eight point lead in the Premier League.

And Lukaku, who has failed to score in his last seven games for United, says Mourinho's men are ready to shine again with players returning from injury.

"Lately we haven't performed like we did at the start of the season," Lukaku told Sky Sports.

"We started by blowing teams away, being dominant and creating chances, but in the last few weeks we didn't play at the same level and that made it more difficult for me.

"That's the sort of thing you have to go through in the season, but now there are players coming back from injury and hopefully we can deliver performances even better than at the start of the season."
